Course Outline

Self Awareness is the key for being able to reach our full potential in any aspect of life.

Gaining self awareness can also be a lifelong journey.

The one thing we can all do along the way is learn how to develop our emotional muscle; that is - our resilience, attitude, motivation and belief in our capabilities.

When we couple these virtues with practical skills such as learning how to set realistic goals and learning to adapt, we can have a true chance of success in whatever fields we choose.

This program is facilitated by a former Olympian and can include a range of medically proven Olympic techniques for reaching our full potential.

Learning Outcomes

By the end of this course, participants will be able to:

  • understand their strengths and limitations
  • apply positive psychology to build resilience and mental/emotional stamina
  • use visualisation techniques to create success patterns
